Becoming a SA Rainbow Advocacy Alliance member allows you to:
- Connect with a community of like minded LGBTIQA+ South Australians
- Take meaningful action to have a positive impact for LGBTIQA+ South Australians
- Contribute to SARAA’s advocacy
- Be kept informed about LGBTIQA+ issues
- Show support for SARAA’s work
- Be involved with SARAA’s governance and vote at the Annual General Meeting
As a financial member you can:
- shape our policy and advocacy work
- keep up to date with the latest research issues of concern for LGBTIQA+ South Australians
- get access to member only events
- vote to elect our Alliance’s Board
- stand for election to be on our Alliance’s Board
- vote at the Annual General Meeting on SA Rainbow Advocacy Alliance constitutional changes.
Membership is for people and organisations who support the vision and objectives of the SA Rainbow Advocacy Alliance, as outlined in our constitution.
Here at SA Rainbow Advocacy Alliance we know that our advocacy is more powerful when it’s fuelled by your stories.
Becoming a SA Rainbow Advocacy Alliance member gives you a say in decisions about LGBTIQA+ rights and strengthens our ability to be a powerful voice for LGBTIQA+ South Australians.
Your membership is valid until the end of the next financial year.
Types of membership
Individual membership is for people who support the vision and values of the SA Rainbow Advocacy Alliance. Individual membership is based on a pay what you can model.
- For those with financial means, we recommend a contribution of $30 per year.

Organisation membership is for organisations who agree to promote the vision and values of SARAA. Cost of organisation membership is either:
- $10 for organisations with an annual revenue of less than $10,000
- $20 for organisations with an annual revenue of less than $20,000
- $50 for organisations with an annual revenue of less than $100,000
- $100 for organisations with an annual revenue of less than $200,000
- $250 for organisations with an annual revenue of less than $500,000
- $300 for organisations with an annual revenue of less than $1,000,000
- $500 for organisations with an annual revenue of MORE than $1,000,000.
