Ian Purcell Oration
17 November 2020
SARAA was thrilled to have Dr Nikki Sullivan present the Oration this year, in memory of late, great LGBTIQ+ community leader Ian Purcell. Nikki talks about pride in protest, the different shapes protest can take, and why they are all equally important. Nikki encourages us to work on developing our 'gag reflex' to be a better activist and ally and to be kinder to ourselves. You can watch the Oration with open captions here: https://youtu.be/5lF1wbcANd0
