In December 2019 SA Health’s Chief Psychiatrist issued a memorandum to public health mental health services, restricting gay conversion therapy in SA Health services.
On Tuesday 6 September 2022, the Hon. Stephen Wade (Liberal) asked the Government to report on any identified breaches of this directive.
The Hon. Kyam Maher (Labor) reported that no breaches have yet been identified.
