Religious discrimination in schools

We made the following submissions on proposals to amend the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 to remove laws that allow faith-based educational institutions to discriminate against students:

  • Submission to the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee regarding the proposed amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (SDA) as it relates to removing discrimination against student – January 2019
