Staff, students and alumni at The University of Adelaide have reached out to us with concerns about their experience of anti-trans hate speech and discrimination on campus linked to the Feminist Women's Association Adelaide (FWAA).
We wrote to the universities Integrity Unit to provide our support to help the University take action to protect trans and gender diverse students and staff.
We look forward to working with The University of Adelaide, the Pride student club and the elected Queer Officer of the Student Representative Council towards creating a welcoming space on campus.
